1. Main motor and pulley:
The main motor is located at the left rear behind the bed and fixed on the rear side of the bed. The motor shaft is equipped with a pulley, which outputs power through the belt. The belt tightness is adjusted by two nuts, and the pulley is equipped with an electromagnetic brake device.
2. Headbox:
The rotation of the main motor is transmitted to the speed change mechanism of the headstock through the V-belt and pulley, and then the spindle outputs nine levels of speed, so that the machine tool can work at different speeds. The principle of the speed change mechanism is shown in the transmission system diagram.
3. Tool box:
By selecting the exchange gear and changing the operating handle, the transmission ratio in the cutter box can be changed, so as to obtain different feed speeds.
The basic lubrication mode of the machine tool is oil splashing lubrication, and oil pools are set in the headbox, tool box and slide box. Through the rotation of the workpiece immersed in the oil, the lubricating oil will be splashed and sent to the parts to be lubricated. The rest of the manual refueling parts should be oiled according to the position, time and oil level shown in the lubrication chart. After the new machine tool is used, the oil should be replaced once. The worm gear and worm pair are lubricated by pressure injection of lithium grease. The pressure injection oil cup is set at the bottom of the chute box and is injected every 3 ~ 4 months.
